Because each bouquet is prepared according to your selections, custom orders are made specifically for you. Please carefully review your selections before completing your order.
We may make minor adjustments to the arrangement to ensure the bouquet looks balanced and beautiful while staying as close as possible to your chosen design.
2. Flower Availability
Flower availability may vary depending on season, supplier availability, and stock.
If a selected flower becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you regarding an appropriate replacement or available alternative.
We will do our best to maintain the overall color, style, and value of your chosen bouquet.
3. Pricing
Prices are displayed on the website and may vary depending on the flowers, quantities, wrapping, accessories, and other customizations selected.
The final price shown at checkout is the amount you will be charged for your order.
Pick & Bloom reserves the right to correct pricing or product information errors. If an incorrect price affects an order you have placed, we will contact you before proceeding.
4. Payment
Payment must be completed through the available payment methods at checkout.
An order will only be considered confirmed once payment has been successfully received.
5. Order Changes & Cancellations
Because custom bouquets are prepared specifically for each customer, changes or cancellations may only be possible before we begin preparing your order.

6. Pickup Orders
For customers who select pickup, your order will be prepared at:

7. Delivery

If the recipient cannot be reached or the provided address is incorrect, additional delivery arrangements or fees may apply.
8. Product Appearance
Our bouquets are handmade and each arrangement may have slight variations.
The final bouquet may not look exactly identical to photographs shown on our website. Flower size, color, shape, and arrangement may naturally vary.
These differences are part of the handmade nature of our products and are not considered defects.
9. Refunds
Because our bouquets are custom-made, refunds are generally not available for change of mind or incorrect customer selections.
